On June 15 - 25, CHANGJIANG ELECTRIC organized company’s managerial staffs, total 15 people, went to United States and Canada to conduct one 11-day exotic study tour. Upon broadening horizons, changing concepts and enlightening principles of management, this study meant to learn advanced management concepts and management experience from foreign enterprises.
CHANGJIANG ELECTRIC managerial staffs first visited New York, Washington, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver six cities, and particularly walked down to the famous enterprises and business districts of the Wall Street, Manhattan downtown, Los Angeles municipal government office and Vancouver Chinese cultural center and others.
For the company managerial staffs, from the eleven days’ study tour, they not only learned foreign companies advanced management concepts and experience, but also be inspired from the thought and idea. We believe this exotic study tour will optimize and promote the enterprise management system, as well as scientific standardized corporation governance!
